1. Keep the dryness of the whole production environment. In the process of TPU film production, for TPU film manufacturers, if the TPU material is exposed in the air for a long time, it will absorb the moisture in the air, and in the subsequent film production and processing, it will lead to the occurrence of problems such as unsmooth surface, bubbles, and even reduce the performance of the film.
2. Control the specific requirements for drying degree during drying process. The polyamine contained in TPU is easily destroyed by water molecules and hydrolyzed into acid energy. Under the same conditions, its internal water content is significantly higher than that of polyether TPU, so it is important to control the relevant drying conditions during the whole drying process.
3. Generally, the molecular weight of polyester TPU is wider than that of polyether TPU, and higher temperature is needed in the whole processing process, while polyether TPU needs relatively low temperature in the processing process.
